The exhibit space will be in the Expo Center. The pipe and drape set by the decorator cannot be moved without damage to the floor, so please do not attempt to move. Try to be mindful of food and drinks while managing your booth. We want to leave the building as we found it.

Vendor Booths

  • Each Large Endcap booth is 20' x 20' with an 8' high back section, a 3' high side drape and includes four (4) 6' skirted tables with eight (8) chairs and an ID sign. Booth will be located at the end of a row

  • Each Standard Endcap booth is 20' x 10' with an 8' high back section, a 3' high side drape and includes two (2) 6' skirted tables with four (4) chairs and an ID sign. Booth will be located at the end of a row.

  • Each Large Mid Row booth is 20' x 10' with an 8' high back section, a 3' high side drape and includes two (2) 6' skirted tables with four (4) chairs and an ID sign. Booth will be located in the midst of a row

  • Each standard booth is 10' x 10' with an 8' high back drape, a 3' high side drapes and includes a 6' skirted table with two (2) chairs and an ID sign.

  • Mini Booths are offered in a limited number and are for ministries and nonprofits to share information only. No product sales or fundraisers. Colleges and universities are eligible for mini booths. Each mini booth is a 6' table, 2 chairs, and an ID sign.
